At Astrogators, we want to provide a fun playing atmosphere for all our players.

Servers and Downtime

We will give players at least 24 hours notice before scheduled maintenance operations.

In the event of emergency maintenance, we will make every effort to give players as much warning as possible.

Despite these precautions, the servers may be down, we do not guarantee 100% uptime nor should our users expect it.

Appropriate Player Conduct

Bad language, threats, and harassment of others and general dis-respect of other is seriously frowned on. If we receive too many valid complaints about a particular user, we will delete that user account.

Posting links to other sites with pornographic content will not be permitted, especially if the links are spammy.

Astrogators.com is not the police, we will act on these items when they are reported to us. We may miss objectionable material. Our method for dealing with objectionable material will be to warn users. If the objectionable behavior continues we will resort to deleting the user account.

Deleted User Accounts

Player accounts are automatically deleted after 15 days of inactivity. Once an account has been deleted, it can not be retrieved.

Unless the user is doing something really obnoxious, we will warn them before deleting their account.

Purchased Credits

Credits, once purchased belong to the user's account. We will not take credits away from a player. Deleted accounts are an exception, see below for clarification.

Credits remaining for accounts which have been deleted will not be refunded. You will be warned before your account it deleted, after all.

Used or unused credits, once purchased, will not be refunded.
